Changes:

• Cones are shifted forward for lights and construction (signs are warnings for the cones ahead)
  
• Shifted traffic light object forwards
• AI Cars despawn further
• AI Cars are prevented to spawn near player or when they are in camera frame (to avoid sudden cars)
• Increased AI Car spawn rate by 2.5x
• Traffic Lights now displays colors
• Added multiple quiz questions
• [Manual Controls] Added 5 second of sign immunity to prevent instant lose
• [Manual Controls] Now loses when ignoring sign rules for 1 second duration instead of losing instantly
• [Automatic Controls] 20% chance to trigger quiz on turns
• Added Change City button on Quest Selection screen

Fixes:

• Fixed map rendering incorrect pathfinding
• Fixed minimap GPS when near destination
• Fixed UI for Quest List and Controls, hopefully fixing for all screen ratios
• Fixed default graphics option selecting random graphics, now defaults to Ultra
• Fixed multiple signs rendering only stop sign
• Fixed spawning on signs (manual controls) instant lose
